NKK Group whose core competency is construction and is aiming to be one of the India's largest and most diversified construction groups in world-wide presence with specialization in the areas of construction like property development, housing development, colony development, road work, sewage line development, garden work and other civil work. Till the early ninety's the firm was focusing only on small scale development constructions. In 1992, the firm decided to extend the presence in the civil construction industry and started participating in bid invited for such projects by Private/Government/Semi-government Departments. In-depth technical knowledge and sound management ethics ensured that the company received its first major mass housing project.
The Group is focused on infrastructure development projects in the growing sectors of Residential Colony, Commercial Hubs, Roads, Warehouse and Civil Engineering with specialization in infrastructure for the past 25 years. The group's core strength is Technical Competency for overall development of residential colonies as well as commercial hubs where very few companies in Madhya Pradesh can match it either in terms of competency or adhering to project schedules. This aspect is the single largest factor for a long reliable & trustworthy business relationship with Real Estate Colonizers, Builders who are contributing at a significant amount of Group's entire turnover. In the coming years the relationships between NKK and Real Estates sector will only strengthen further and bound to grow by leaps and bounds and the group's business will grow in proportion to the growth of company's existing projects that we are currently working upon and few other projects which are in pipeline.
